The Wolf Eel or Anarrhichthys ocellatus has a human-like face with powerful jaws that it uses to crush its prey. These saltwater fish are normally found in the northern Pacific Ocean around rocks or reefs. They will often make their homes in a crevice, cave or a pile of rocks. This species is not a true Eel, because it has pectoral fins and is referred to as a Wolf Fish. It is an impressive specimen growing to over 6' long, and weighing in at 40lbs! 
Wolf Eels tend to eat clams, small fish, crustaceans, sea urchins and mussels. These fish are edible and are sometimes called Ocean Catfish when sold. You can watch some amazing underwater footage of the Wolf Eel in the video below...When reproducing the male and female will wrap themselves around each other to protect their eggs for a period of several months. It is thought that some males and females only have one partner for their entire lives. They normally reach sexual maturity at about 7 years old.

I like the video but I'm not sure I would be feeding them after knowing that they bite.
It depends on how you're acting around the fish, I guess... it just looks like the diver is being very calm about it and feeding the wolf fish, rather than provoking it which would make any animal attack. And it does say that he comes back often to feed the wolf fish. Maybe it's used to him?
